Creating Your First Quote
Starting a New Quote
- Click New Quote from the main navigation
- You’ll be guided through a step-by-step wizard
Step 1: Patient Information
Enter the patient’s basic details:
- First Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
- Email (optional – needed if you want to email the quote)
- Phone (optional)
Step 2: Select Surgeon
Choose the surgeon who will perform the procedure(s). The surgeon selection determines which procedures are available.
Step 3: Select Procedures
- Browse procedures by category or use the search box
- Click a procedure to add it to your quote
- Selected procedures appear in the blue highlighted box on the right
- Click the X to remove a procedure
Step 4: Implants (if applicable)
If your procedures require implants:
- Select the implant brand
- Choose the specific implant type
- Enter quantity
- Apply any discounts if applicable
Step 5: Additional Fees
Add any additional fees such as:
- Facility fees
- Anesthesia fees
- Lab work
- Post-operative garments
Step 6: Adjustments
Review the quote total and make any final adjustments:
- Apply overall discounts
- Add notes that will appear on the quote
Step 7: Review & Save
- Review all details
- Click Save Quote to create the quote
- You can then download the PDF or email it to the patient
