Membership Tiers

Membership tiers let you offer automatic percentage discounts to VIP patients or members of your loyalty program.

Setting Up Membership Tiers

1. Go to Admin → Membership Tiers
2. Click Add Tier
3. Enter:
   • Tier Name (e.g., “Gold Member”, “VIP”, “Platinum”)
   • Discount Percentage (e.g., 15%)
   • Description (optional, for internal reference)
4. Save the tier

Example Tiers

Tier	Discount
Silver	10%
Gold	15%
Platinum	20%

Applying Membership Discounts to Quotes

1. Start a new med spa quote
2. On the Patient & Provider step, select the patient’s Membership Tier
3. Continue building the quote as normal
4. The membership discount automatically applies to all treatment fees
5. The discount appears as a line item on the quote summary

On the Patient Quote

The PDF shows the membership tier name and the total discount amount applied.

Treatment series let you sell prepaid packages like “Buy 5 HydraFacials, Get 1 Free” with built-in savings for patients.

Setting Up Treatment Series

1. Go to Admin → Treatment Series
2. Click Add Series
3. Enter:
   • Series Name (e.g., “HydraFacial Package of 6”)
   • Number of Treatments (e.g., 6)
   • Total Price (e.g., $995 – representing 5 paid + 1 free)
   • Linked Procedure (optional – connects to a specific treatment)
4. Save the series

Adding Series to Quotes

1. Create a new med spa quote
2. On the Procedures step, scroll to Treatment Series
3. Select the series and quantity
4. The package price is added to the quote

On the Patient Quote

The PDF shows the series name, number of treatments included, and total package price.
