Creating a Quote PDF

1. Open any saved quote from the Quotes list
2. Click Download PDF
3. The PDF will download to your device

What’s Included in the PDF

• Your practice logo and branding
• Patient name and quote date
• Detailed breakdown of:
  • Procedures with codes and pricing
  • Implants with quantities, codes, and any discounts
  • Additional fees
• Total quote amount
• Your practice’s disclaimer text

PDF Branding

Your PDF automatically uses your practice branding configured in Settings:

• Practice logo (top of PDF)
• Practice name and contact information
• Primary brand color in the header
• Custom disclaimer text at the bottom
