Setting Up a New Practice

New Practice Onboarding

When a new practice joins MySurgeryQuote, the following is configured:

1. Practice subdomain – Your unique URL (e.g., yourpractice.mysurgeryquote.com)
2. Admin account – The first administrator account for your practice
3. Initial setup – Basic practice information

First Steps for New Practices

After receiving your login credentials:

1. Log in to your practice URL
2. Update Practice Settings
   • Upload your logo
   • Set your brand colors
   • Enter practice contact information
   • Configure your quote disclaimer
3. Add Surgeons – Create profiles for each surgeon
4. Set Up Procedures – Add your procedures with pricing
5. Assign Procedures to Surgeons – Link procedures to each surgeon
6. Add Additional Fees – Configure facility fees, anesthesia, etc.
7. Invite Users – Add staff members who need access
