Practice Administrator Guide

Your Role as Practice Administrator

As a Practice Administrator, you have full control over your practice’s MySurgeryQuote setup. This guide covers your key responsibilities.

Initial Setup Checklist

When your practice first joins MySurgeryQuote:

  •  Upload your practice logo
  •  Set your brand colors
  •  Enter practice contact information
  •  Configure your quote disclaimer
  •  Add all surgeons
  •  Import/create all procedures with pricing
  •  Assign procedures to each surgeon
  •  Set up additional fees (facility, anesthesia, etc.)
  •  Add implant options if applicable
  •  Create user accounts for staff
  •  Test by creating a sample quote

Ongoing Responsibilities

Regular Maintenance

  • Update procedure pricing as needed
  • Add new procedures when offered
  • Manage user accounts (add new staff, remove former employees)
  • Update practice information if it changes

Quality Control

  • Review quotes periodically for accuracy
  • Ensure pricing is current
  • Keep surgeon-procedure assignments up to date

What You Control vs. Platform Level

You Control:

  • All practice settings and branding
  • Users within your practice
  • Procedures, pricing, and fees
  • Surgeons and their assignments
  • Quotes and patient data

Platform Level (MySurgeryQuote manages):

  • Your practice subdomain or custom domain
  • System updates and new features
  • Technical infrastructure
  • Platform security
