Combined Practice Overview

If your practice offers both surgical procedures and med spa treatments, MySurgeryQuote handles both from a single account.

How It Works

When your practice type is set to “Both”:

  • You can create Surgical Quotes with facility fees, anesthesia, and implants
  • You can create Med Spa Quotes with unit pricing and membership discounts
  • Both quote types share the same patient history and dashboard

Choosing Quote Type

When you click New Quote, you’ll select the quote type:

  • Surgical – Full surgical workflow
  • Med Spa – Streamlined med spa workflow

The system automatically shows only relevant options based on your selection.

Staff Setup

Your staff can be configured as:

  • Surgeons – Appear in surgical quotes
  • Providers – Appear in med spa quotes

Go to Admin → Surgeons/Providers and set the Provider Type for each staff member.
