Quick Quotes (Templates)

Quick Quotes are pre-built templates for common procedure combinations. Instead of building the same quote from scratch, apply a template with one click.

Creating a Quick Quote Template

1. Go to Admin → Quick Quotes
2. Click Add Template
3. Enter a Template Name (e.g., “Mommy Makeover”, “Upper Bleph + Brow Lift”)
4. Add procedures to the template
5. Optionally set default discounts or notes
6. Save the template

Using Quick Quotes

1. Start a new quote
2. On the Procedures step, click Apply Template
3. Select your Quick Quote template
4. All procedures from the template are added to the quote
5. Modify as needed for the specific patient

Best Practices

• Create templates for your most common combinations
• Name templates clearly
• Review and update templates periodically as pricing changes
