Multi-Area Procedures

Some procedures like liposuction or laser treatments can be performed on multiple areas. Multi-area procedures let you specify a quantity while keeping it as one line item.

Enabling Multi-Area for a Procedure

1. Go to Admin → Procedures
2. Edit the procedure
3. Check “Can Have Additional Areas”
4. Save

Using Multi-Area in Quotes

1. Add a multi-area procedure to a quote
2. A quantity selector appears
3. Enter the number of areas (e.g., 3)
4. Use the notes field to specify which areas
5. Price multiplies by quantity

Example

Laser Hair Removal – $250/area

• Quantity: 3
• Notes: “Underarms, Bikini, Lower Legs”
• Total: $750
