Global Fee Adjustments

Apply practice-wide price increases or decreases to all procedures at once.

Creating an Adjustment

1. Go to Admin → Fee Settings
2. Scroll to Global Adjustments
3. Click Add Adjustment
4. Choose:
   • Increase or Decrease
   • Percentage or Dollar Amount
5. Enter the value (e.g., 5%)
6. Optionally exclude specific categories
7. Apply the adjustment

Excluding Categories

Some procedures shouldn’t be affected by global adjustments. When creating an adjustment:

1. Click Exclude Categories
2. Check categories to exclude (e.g., “Non-Surgical” or “Injectables”)
3. Those procedures won’t be affected

Adjustment History

All adjustments are logged with date, amount, and who made the change. View history in Fee Settings.
