Facility Selection in Quotes
When your practice has multiple surgical facilities, you’ll be asked to select which facility the procedure will be performed at when creating a quote.
Selecting a Facility
- Begin creating a new quote
- In the Time & Fees step, you’ll see a facility selector
- Choose the facility where the surgery will take place
- The facility name will appear on the quote and PDF
First-Time Setup
The first time you create a quote after adding multiple facilities, you’ll be prompted to select a facility. Your selection will be remembered for future quotes, but you can change it at any time.
Why Facility Selection Matters
- Quotes and PDFs display the facility name for patient clarity
- EMR billing uses the facility’s EMR Location ID to send charges to the correct location in your EMR system
- Fee calculations are based on the fee settings configured for your practice
