Procedures must be assigned to the selected surgeon. Go to Admin > Procedures and verify the procedure is assigned to that surgeon and set to Active.

Go to Admin > Procedures, click on the procedure, and update the price. All price changes are tracked in price history. Existing quotes keep their original pricing.

Yes, multiple users can be logged in simultaneously. Each user has their own account and can create/edit quotes independently.

Admins have full access including practice settings, user management, procedures, and fees. Users can create and manage quotes but cannot access admin settings.

Go to Admin > Users > Add User. Enter their name, email, and select their role (Admin or User). They'll receive an email with login instructions.

Go to Admin > Settings and upload your logo (PNG or JPG, recommended 300x100 pixels). Click Save Settings. Generate a new PDF to see the updated logo.
