I can’t log in

• Double-check your email address for typos
• Use the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password
• Make sure Caps Lock is not on
• Contact your administrator to verify your account is active

My changes didn’t save

• Make sure you clicked the Save button
• Check for any error messages at the top of the page
• Try refreshing the page and making changes again

Procedures are missing when creating a quote

• Procedures must be assigned to the selected surgeon
• Go to Admin > Procedures and check the surgeon assignments
• Make sure the procedure is set to Active

PDF doesn’t show my logo

• Go to Admin > Settings and upload your logo
• Logos should be PNG or JPG format
• Recommended size: 300×100 pixels or similar aspect ratio
• Click Save Settings after uploading

Patient didn’t receive the email

• Verify the patient’s email address is correct
• Ask the patient to check their spam/junk folder
• Some email providers may delay delivery
