Creating a Med Spa Quote

Med spa quotes follow a simplified workflow compared to surgical quotes.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Patient & Provider

• Enter patient name
• Enter patient email (optional – for emailing the quote)
• Select a provider (optional – can assign later)
• Select membership tier if applicable

Step 2: Treatments

• Search or browse treatments by category
• Click to add treatments to the quote
• For injectables, enter the unit quantity
• Add notes if needed (e.g., treatment areas)

Step 3: Discounts

• Apply per-treatment discounts if needed
• Review membership discount if applied
• Add discount reason (for internal tracking)

Step 4: Review & Save

• Review all line items and totals
• Add internal notes (not shown to patient)
• Click Save Quote

After Saving

• Download PDF
• Email to patient
• Quote is saved to Quote History
