Editing an Existing Quote

1. Go to Quotes and find the quote you want to edit
2. Click on the quote to open it
3. Click Edit Quote
4. Make your changes through the quote wizard
5. Click Save when done

What Can Be Edited

• Patient information
• Surgeon selection
• Procedures (add, remove, adjust pricing)
• Implants (add, remove, adjust pricing/quantity)
• Additional fees
• Discounts
• Notes

When to Edit vs. Create New

Edit the existing quote when:

• Fixing a typo
• Minor price adjustment
• Adding a forgotten item

Create a new quote when:

• Significant changes to procedures
• Different surgical plan
• Need to preserve the original for comparison

Duplicating a Quote

To create a similar quote for a new patient:

1. Open the original quote
2. Click Duplicate Quote
3. Update the patient information
4. Adjust procedures/pricing as needed
5. Save the new quote

This is useful for:

• Common procedure combinations
• Similar surgical plans
• Template-style quotes

Quote Version History

All changes to quotes are tracked. You can view the history to see:

• When changes were made
• What was modified
• Who made the changes
