How to Connect GoHighLevel

MySurgeryQuote integrates with GoHighLevel (GHL) so you can send quote PDFs and create invoices directly from your quotes.

What You Can Do

• Send quote PDFs to a GoHighLevel contact
• Create invoices in GoHighLevel from quote line items
• Search for contacts by name, email, or phone number

Before You Begin

You will need:

• An active GoHighLevel account
• Admin or Organization Admin role in MySurgeryQuote
• Your GHL app’s Client ID, Client Secret, and Install Link (provided by MySurgeryQuote support)

Step 1: Enter Your Credentials

1. Navigate to Admin → EMR Integration
2. Select GoHighLevel as your EMR provider
3. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret
4. Paste your Install Link (this is a pre-built authorization URL from the GoHighLevel Marketplace)
5. Click Save Credentials

Step 2: Authorize the Connection

1. Click the Connect button
2. A popup window will open asking you to authorize MySurgeryQuote to access your GoHighLevel account
3. Select your GHL location and approve the connection
4. The popup will close and your connection status will show as Connected

Step 3: Test the Connection

Click Test Connection to verify everything is working. You should see a green “Connected” status.

Troubleshooting

• Popup blocked: Make sure your browser allows popups from MySurgeryQuote
• Authorization fails: Verify that your Client ID, Client Secret, and Install Link are correct
• Connection lost: GoHighLevel access tokens expire approximately every 24 hours. MySurgeryQuote refreshes them automatically, but if the connection drops, try disconnecting and reconnecting
