Managing Your Quotes

Viewing All Quotes

Click Quotes in the main navigation to see all quotes for your practice.

Filtering Quotes

Use the filters at the top to narrow down your list:

• Status – Draft, Sent, Accepted, Expired
• Date Range – Filter by creation date
• Search – Find quotes by patient name or quote number

Quote Statuses

• Draft – Quote has been created but not yet sent to patient
• Sent – Quote has been emailed to the patient
• Accepted – Patient has accepted the quote
• Expired – Quote has passed its validity period

Viewing Quote Details

Click on any quote to view its full details, including:

• Patient information
• All procedures, implants, and fees
• Total amounts and any discounts applied
• Quote history and status changes

Downloading PDFs

From the quote detail page, click Download PDF to generate a professional PDF quote document.

Emailing Quotes

Click Email Quote to send the quote directly to the patient’s email address. The email will include:

• Your practice branding
• A personalized message
• The quote PDF as an attachment
