What is Multi-Practice?
MySurgeryQuote supports multiple practices on a single platform. Each practice has:
- Separate login URLÂ – Each practice has its own subdomain
- Isolated data – Quotes, patients, procedures, and settings are completely separate between practices
- Independent branding – Each practice has its own logo, colors, and email templates
- Separate user accounts – Users belong to one practice and can only see that practice’s data
How Practices Are Identified
Each practice accesses the system through their unique subdomain:
- yourpractice.mysurgeryquote.com
- anotherpractice.mysurgeryquote.com
Data Privacy
All practice data is completely isolated:
- Practice A cannot see Practice B’s quotes, patients, or settings
- Users can only log in to their assigned practice
- Each practice manages their own procedures, pricing, and fees
