Every practice on MySurgeryQuote has full control over their own branding and settings:

Visual Branding

• Practice logo (appears on PDFs and emails)
• Primary brand color
• Accent color

Practice Information

• Practice name
• Address
• Phone number
• Website URL

Quote Settings

• Default disclaimer text
• Quote validity period

Email Templates

• Subject line
• Introduction message
• Closing message

Custom Domains

Some practices may have a custom domain instead of a subdomain. For example:

• quotebuilder.yourpractice.com instead of yourpractice.mysurgeryquote.com

Branding Best Practices

• Logo: Use a high-resolution PNG with transparent background (recommended 300×100 pixels)
• Colors: Choose colors that match your practice’s existing branding
• Disclaimer: Include your cancellation policy, payment terms, and any legal requirements
