Accessing Practice Settings
- Click Admin in the main navigation
- Select Settings from the dropdown
What You Can Configure
Practice Information
- Practice Name
- Logo (upload your practice logo for PDFs and emails)
- Phone, Email, Website
- Address
Brand Colors
- Primary Color – Used in PDF headers and email templates
- Accent Color – Used for highlights and buttons
Quote Settings
- Default Quote Disclaimer – Text that appears at the bottom of every quote PDF (cancellation policies, payment terms, etc.)
Email Template
- Email Subject Line
- Introduction Paragraph
- Closing Message
Saving Changes
After making any changes, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page. Your changes will apply to all new quotes immediately.
