Quote Deletion Rules

Quote deletion permissions depend on whether the quote has been invoiced:

  • Regular Users can delete any quote that has NOT been sent to the EMR system
  • Admin Users can delete any quote, including invoiced quotes

Once a quote is marked as invoiced (sent to ModMed), only an administrator can delete it. This protects billing integrity and ensures audit trails remain intact.
