What is Price History?

MySurgeryQuote automatically tracks every price change for:

• Procedures
• Implants
• Additional fees

This creates an audit trail showing what prices were in effect at any time.

Why Price History Matters

• Audit Compliance – Document when and why prices changed
• Quote Accuracy – Quotes use the price at time of creation
• Reporting – Analyze pricing trends over time
• Dispute Resolution – Verify what price was quoted

Viewing Price History

1. Go to Admin > Procedures (or Implants/Fees)
2. Click on any item
3. Look for the Price History section
4. View all historical prices with effective dates

What’s Tracked

For each price change:

• Previous price
• New price
• Date of change
• User who made the change

Quotes and Historical Prices

When you create a quote:

• The current price is captured
• The quote retains that price even if you later change the procedure price
• This ensures quote accuracy and integrity
